UnaClocker Posted February 22, 2011 Share Posted February 22, 2011 There's also a way of patching the EFI layer so that you can just run a vanilla kernel. The EFI simply fools the kernel into thinking it's a different CPU. That's how the Dell Mini crowd has done it since that problem first appeared.
