bally199 Posted February 21, 2011 Share Posted February 21, 2011 Right, I have a tosh satellite c650d-12j laptop, and for the life of ms I cant figure out how to get osx running on it. I have tried every version of osx out there, including [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] and retail, but it always hangs at the IOAPIC part of the initial boot from disc. From what I can deduce, its caused by the weird BIOS setup the laptop has. Am I right in saying osx86 is geared up to run on a Bios system, but the bios on the laptop is bios emulation on top of a rudimentary efi setup? Any help would be massively appreciated! Thanks!
