chama98 Posted February 21, 2011 Share Posted February 21, 2011 Hi everyone! I'm a newby in the world of hackintosh. I'm an owner of an Asus N61JQ X1 laptop (i7 740QM, Radeon 5730). I could install a SL Retail on the laptop but I can't make it boot from the hdd. I used empire efi and [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] but chamaleon didn't boot, just reboot. I appreciate if someone could help me to make SL booteable and which things do to have all the power of this laptop (which kexts install and and other things to configure). I think that would be great if someone could make an step by step guide of how to install SL (kexts, etc) for this laptop and also how to make dual or triple boot for using windows and linux. I saw a topic for this laptop but as a new user can't post there. Thanks in advance and sorry my bad English, I'm from Argentina.
