.Neo
Hi, I just installed osx 10.5.7 on my samsung n130 netbook. Now I have 3 things not fully working. 1. I cant change the display brightness. When connecting to the power supply the display gets brighter so its basically working but I cant change it manually (or the keys arent set idk) 2. Audio has a bad noise with stock drivers, I installed VoodooHDA using the voodoohda installer. Now I have no sound I found this. But I didnt download Xcode yet. 3. The system goes into sleep mode but instantly wakes up. I googled and grep Wake system.log finds blah blah *******-macbook kernel[0]: Wake reason = USB7 blah blah *******-macbook kernel[0]: System Wake followed by blah blah *******-macbook kernel[0]: USB (EHCI):Port 8 on bus 0xfd connected or disconnected: portSC(0x301803) I dont have any usb devices connected through the external ports so it must be the keyboard, mouse, webcam or something. Where can I see what usb device it is or is there a way to fully disable wake up when an usb device is connected/disconnected? I already disabled it through the BIOS but it didnt work. Thanks, .Neo Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/248382-1057-samsung-n130-brightness-audio-sleep-mode/ Share on other sites
