I've recently installed SL per the ##### + ##### method and had it fully functioning.

I had to install Ubuntu beside it for class. Naturally, the GRUB2 bootloader overwrote the Chameleon one.

The good news is that GRUB recognizes OS X. The bad news, however, is that it doesn't boot into OS X the same way that Chameleon does. Some of my kexts are missing as well as the graphics enabled flag.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to boot into both OSes?

Two thoughts:

If GRUB2 can boot into OS X with everything enabled, I'll be happy with leaving GRUB in place. (If so how?)

If GRUB can't boot OS X well, how can I restore Chameleon to the bootloader and get it to chainload into grub?

I've tried using fdisk to flag she OS X (hfs+ fs) as active and reinstalling Chameleon with #####, but GRUB2 continues to load.

Help?
