Neutronflux
When I try to install the mac driver for my Logitech Quickcam Orbit, it wants me to reboot my computer, but I can't. When I shut down, the system shuts down fine, but with the reboot option, the gear just keeps spinning forever and doesn't actually reboot. My system is a mactel on a shuttle xpc running a 915 chipset GMA900 card onboard and running a P4 3ghz. 1 GB of ram. I also am trying to get my ASUS X1600XT Silent installed using the Boris Badenov installer, however its causing the same issue as my Orbit Cam - it jams on the reboot and I believe it can't finalize the install. Any ideas on how I can get my frankenmac to reboot properly?

Neutronflux
Checking it out now, nothing makes me calm and relaxed like hex editing my Kernel. Bits ahoy! Thanks for the heads up - if this works [and I can actually post something rather than convert my pc into a paperweight] I'll let you know how I'm doing. pulled from our wiki - http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.ph...estart_function bottom of page. restart fix.
