Tycho91 Posted February 10, 2011 Share Posted February 10, 2011 Hi, I tried installing OSx on my pc using a retail snow leopard disc and EmpireEfi. When I tried to install it, it kept saying "waiting for root device". They told me I had to put my HDD on AHCI, so I did. Well, it didnt make things better: I kept getting "EBIOS read error: Error 0x09 Block 0x18a96a Sectors 0" Does anyone know what to do? Or have an other way to install it? I dont want dual boot, only Snow Leopard.
