doubleg316 Posted February 9, 2011 Share Posted February 9, 2011 Hardware: ASUS 1005HAB I'm trying to install OSX using this guide: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=238555 I've followed it many times to the letter, but the problem occurs after I restore the OSX Image to my USB Drive, and install myHackinstaller. When I plug it into my Netbook and boot from USB, I get the black screen with a flashing cursor. A week ago I used a different guide with a 10.6.3 disc, and I got Chameleon to show up after plugging in my USB drive, but I couldn't choose a drive to install OSX to. When I hit enter, it just gave me the black screen with a flashing cursor. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Could it be the BIOs in my Netbook?
