PaCresGon
I have a very rare(strange) problem with my wireless card Belkin f5d7001 and the version 10.4.6 of mac. When the system has stopped establishing (after the video) the configuration of net appears and gives me to choose several wireless nets to which to connect, I choose mine and to connect, when already I am in mac you x, the icon of the airport turns out to be gray, and in configuration of net, I turn out to be connected BY CABLE!!! The second time ue beginning mac you x already I do not have any way of connecting to Internet. I have selected the actulizacion of card wifi in the installation. Does this happen to someone? Has it(he,she) solution? Sorry, im using a translator Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/24711-wireless-problem-on-1046/ Share on other sites
munky
ive heard that you need to have the wireless card as en1, not en0 for it to work properly. ive no idea how you do that tho. wondergod
i'm not sure if i'm understanding correctly. But yes you should use the wireless utility and connect to the wireless network in that. Then goto apple menu -> system preferences -> in the show dialog select en1 -> set it to automatic dhcp -> apply now you should see ip addresses pop up and should be good to go.
