Activity monitor shows just 3.25GB RAM

I have well known GA-P35-DS4. However, after RAM upgrade I noticed that Activity Monitor (and 'top' in terminal) shows just 3.25 GB RAM.

I run 64 bit kernel.

Profiler shows 4GB RAM.

Windows and Linux on the same machine shows 4GB.

 

I already tried to change DSDT, and remove almost all kexts. I disconnected all but one hard drives. It did not help. I have VMware fusion and MacFuse installed in the system.

 

Does anyone knows how to solve that problem?
