I have an HP 6735b laptop with a SoundMax integrated HD audio card(VEN:11D4 DEV:194A) I have read that it is actually an ADI SoundMAX AD1984A. lspci shows bash-3.2# lspci | grep -i audio 00:14.2 Audio device: ATI Technologies Inc SBx00 Azalia (Intel HDA) Pretty sure the main issue is it is not picking up my actual hardware only the HD audio but Im unsure of this or how to fix it.
