glavonozac Posted February 2, 2011 Share Posted February 2, 2011 Hello, I have successfully installed 10.6.6 on my system (GA-EX58-UD5, i7 920, GTX285) and I am using dsdt from this place http://www.kexts.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=580 It generally works great, since it is written for exactly my board and processor, only, my geekbench score is around 5500. When I use DSDT that I have extracted from my bios via dsdt autopatcher, and reffering to this guide: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...howtopic=235523 my Geekbench score is around 9000. Only with this dsdt I cannot get audio to work, nor sleep. How can I make dsdt derived from my system to work like that first dsdt (that has sleep and audio and power management and more or less everything enabled and working without any additional kexts) And yes, I am a total noob when it comes to dsdt editing.
