guvnor Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 I Managed to get iATKOS S3 v2 to almost install (had 18 mins left when the Kernel Panic happened) This is what was on my screen - And these are the specs of the PC i'm trying to install to - HP Pavillion A1300A Intel Pentium D 940 CPU Arch : 1 CPU - 2 Cores - 2 Threads CPU PSN : Intel Pentium D CPU 3.20GHz CPU EXT : MMX, SSE (1, 2, 3), EM64T, VT-x CPUID : F.6.2 / Extended : F.6 CPU Cache : L1 : 2 x 12 / 2 x 16 KB - L2 : 2 x 2048 KB Core : Presler (65 nm) / Stepping : B1 Freq : 3199.34 MHz (199.96 * 16) MB Brand : ECS MB Model : Asterope NB : ATI RS400/RC400/RC410 rev 01 SB : ATI SB400 rev 80 GPU Type : RADEON X800 XT DirectX Version : 11.0 RAM : 2048 MB DDR2 Single Channel Can anyone help me with what to do next? mitchellkza Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 Which RTC did you choose ? Try installing with RTC-32bit and see if you get past that Kernel Panic, I had the same problem with Iatkos until I deselected RTC and instead chose RTC 32 bit. Hope that helps.
