Krishna21
Hey guys, I got my hands on a nice PC. EVGA X58 i7 950 6GB DDR3 1TB HDD 64GB SSD ASUS GTX 470 SuperClocked. I found a nice little guide on this mobo. I'm very confused about the graphics card. The user who wrote the guide had a GTX 480 and got his GFX working via GraphicsEnabler=Yes and the EFI String in the boot PLIST. I looked up my card and got three choices: 1) GraphicsEnabler=Yes + Tonymac's Installer 2) EFI String and GraphicsEnabler=Yes 3) CMF's FermiPackage + GraphicsEnabler=Yes And here's my obstacles: 1) For Method 1, some people have reported Tonymac's installer causes random lockups and freezes. 2) I can't find a EFI String for Method 2. 3) It's my last method, and CMF states that its a 10.6.5 method and hasn't mentioned a word about 10.6.6, and my guide installs 10.6.6. Basically, I don't know how I would install my GTX 470 SuperClocked in OS X 10.6.6. If anyone has a working method--please let me know! (I only want HDMI/DVI as well as QE/CI to work, I don't need Dual Displays ) Thanks in advance!
