Mic Input on ASRock P55 Extreme

Ok, this is driving me nuts. I haven't been able to get any input working and I need it for rosetta stone. I can't afford a USB mic right now either.

 

I currently have VooDooHDA installed, everything else is completely vanilla, 32-bit kernel (64-bit kernel doesn't like to load, just infinitely stays at the boot screen.)

 

Does anyone know how to get the Mic-in working on this motherboard? The sound driver is ALC890.
