Wesgoood
Okay so I have a 100% working 10.6.6 AMD build with 4gb of ram, it consist of AMD Phenom II X4 955 4gb(wanting all 8gb) DDR3 1600 ADATA Gaming series ASUS M4A79XTD EVO 790X EVGA GTX 480 1536mb GDDR5 500GB Samsung HDD 7200rpm Anyways, when I put in the extra 4gb of ram, everything boots fine like it does with just 4gb, BUT i start having problems with programs such as iTunes, Google Chrome all of iLife and all of iWork, they all "quit unexpectedly". All software is up to date, I just have no idea why all of a sudden it doesn't want to work. The profiler sees the ram as 800mhz DDR2, although I have my computer seen as a Mac Pro so the amount should be able to go BEYOND 8gb with ease, I just dont understand this.
