GA-945P-S3 audio

hello all,

 

i have a GA-945P-S3 with 10.6.6, my bootloader is chameleon rc5 r700.

everything works but the audio.

osxtools says this

00:1b.0 Audio device [0403]: Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) High Definition Audio Controller [8086:27d8] (rev 01)"

i have vendor ID 8086 and device ID 27D8

 

i have tried

voodoohda 2.7.2

AppleAzaliaaudio

legacyHDA

patched dsdt (from DSDT Auto-Patcher)

etc... nothing seems work

I remember that my old 945p had the audio ALC883, in the 10.4 times it wasn't a problem to have a working audio. I used this patcher.

Anyway, after some times the integrated audio stopped working, so I went on ebay and I buyed a simple pci audio card that didn't need any patch, it costs a few bucks.

BTW, these days I'm trying to reinstall OSX on my old pc (the gigabyte 945p in my signature), the old 10.5 installation is corrupted and don't boot anymore, but right now I'm completely out of the loop after 2 1/2 years of macbook, please can you give some advice for the system installation?

The only think that I have right now is a 10.6.4 installation disc.

Wich bootloader is the more appropriate for my system?

Where can I find the Kexts?

I wil install only OSX, no multiboot on my Hackintosh :-)

Please give some tips man
