CatalystATL
Hello all, I've got a new shiny magic trackpad that I cant get working on my dream of a hackintosh, and I'm wondering if anyone can help me out. I've gone out and bought two USB dongles which both exhibit the same problem, and the most recent of those is a D-Link DBT-120 rev C1 - which research shows will work right out of the box - but it doesn't on my machine. OSX recognizes the device immediately, but I don't get the option to turn it on/off, and when I try searching for devices to pair to, it doesn't find anything and eventually says "No device found." The hardware works on my 10.6.6 MacBook Pro, recognizes devices and connects fine. The OSx86 is vanilla 10.6.6 running on a Core i7 920 - Dell Studio XPS 435MT. I will post as many details about the dongle as I can below, and I'd appreciate any ideas you guys might have. Thanks!
