Hello everyone,

I do have now a hackintosh working great with a C2D, a readon graphic card and a presonus external sound card. I do music on it with logic pro. As I'm improving myself everyday my computer begins to reach its own limits and I have freeze while working my project more often.

I need a now hackintosh !

And I need the i5 processor to run easier my projects, no need for the i7, and the i3 won't be enough in the near future for me. I tried to find a good configuration on projectOSX but there isn't any motherboard listed for the i5... I need your help ! I only need mother board and processor as I'll keep my hard disk (Sata II) and my graphic card. I'll also try to keep my RAM as my 3gb is enough but it's DDR2 and I guess I'll have to buy DDR3 to be compatible on the motherboard ?

So i need :

1 motherboard

1 Intel Core i5

1 firewire slot on the motherboard, or 1 PCI (the old one lol) to plug my PCI to firewire adaptor.

Sorry if I posted in the wrong forum... I have no rush to buy this computer as I success to make my project just as complex as the computer allows me to but I need to buy this config in the next 6 months at more. For the moment I have no price-thinking, but I guess it won't get more than 400-500€ as I do not need the complete config.

Thanks in advance !
