coggy9
I tried to open a few pictures in OSX and all I got was a blank area of where the image should be. I've been searching for an answer, and they all say something about enabling Quartz Extreme. I can't find that anywhere. Could anyone help me with this? HackintoshIT
You can't just enable QE. You need to load a kext that supports and enables QE for your graphics card. Try updating to the latest chameleon bootloader and see what happens. To determine QE functionality, add a widget to the dashboard. If there is a ripple effect, then you have QE enabled. coggy9
D: Dang. If gets supported,I'll reinstall OSX...until then I'm using Ubuntu/Win7. OSX doesn't show other stuff either,so I'm guessing iMovie won't work(one of the reasons I installed OSX) Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/243195-cant-view-pictures-in-osx/#findComment-1623048 Share on other sites
