dj2909 Posted January 12, 2011 Share Posted January 12, 2011 hi, i have a core i3 530 processor and DH55tc motherboard. and XFX HD 5670 graphics card. i followed tonymac's [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url]+[url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] method with one change. instead of 10.6.5 combo update i used 10.6.6. so the problem now is after using the [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] to setup OSX, m not able to boot from chameleon. the comp keeps rebooting. i want to know what i'm doing wrong. .............. thanks.. I've actually used the [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] + [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] method myself and did a software update to 10.6.6 afterwords, with succes. If you followed the [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] method, you should have booted into os x at least once already, using the [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] disk. Can you still boot your pc in that manner or doesn't this work either? If it does, just try installing [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] again (make sure you have system utilities checked in the installer).
