hermannschuelke
Hi, as described, I (for some better use of some audio plugins in Logic) changed my snowleo startup to 64 bit. first, I tried the Key-Combo 6+4 which worked out pretty fine, so i changed the com.apple.boot.plist and entered "Arch=x86_64" at the right spot. it worked. But now, my UAD-2 Audio card arrived, which turned out only to be compatible with 32 bit mode Snow leo. I wanted to change the boot.plist back or change it into arch=i386, but nothing changed. SnowLeo was still booting with the 64 bit kext... I tried the key combo, but nothing happened either. I tried a apple support page version by using sudo -setsetup setbootarchitecture blabla i386 or so, which didnt work either. Now I don't see ANY way to boot in 32 bit mode. I use a bootloader to startup snow leo ( EDIT: IT IS CHAMELEO v2 obviously!!!!!!) How the hell can I switch back to 32 bit mode snow leo, so I can use my expensive UAD 2 duo card?? I beg for help, because I really don't know what to do! Thank you in advance and sorry for my mediocre english skills....
