qwepz
hello. i managed to get my hackintosh working yesterday, but the final hurdle seems to be my RME digi 9652 soundcard (aka 9636/52 ) Has anyone managed to get this card to work on a hack? i have the eproms for both mac and windows , but neither seem to allow the drivers to communicate with the pci card. : / hopes that i do not need to upgrade my card. i like my old digi card. :> Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/241289-rme-digi-9652-9636/ Share on other sites

Did you get it to work? I'm on 10.6.4, with an Intel DX58SO mobo and Core i7 920 processor. Everything works but the HDSP 9652 (rev 1.6). Doesn't even show up as an installed device, nothing. I had to add a string to com.apple.boot.plist like this: <key>Kernel FLags</key> <string>arch=i386</string> After that I could boot in 32 bits mode and use my 9652.
