dodge901 Posted December 29, 2010 Share Posted December 29, 2010 Herro guys I am having a problem getting osx to install on my pc I am using the uniflash distro 10.6.2 I get to the screen where you can add boot prefixs (-v -x ect.)) I enter my prefixs or whatever they are called hit enter I get some text about loading stuff and then the screen goes black and stays that way I have tried the following boot code things: -v, -x, busratio=25, voodoo,-s I have tried using the following config X6 1055t stock clocks asus formula IV crosshair mobo 4gb ddr3 ram @ 1600 mhz wd 500gb caviar blue gtx 460 I also tried using an old 6600 gt to see if it was the newer gfx card causing the problem still no luck I think my drive are in AHCI in bios it says they are howver when i press f8 to get the boot menu it says the following: USB:sandisk IDE: WD(yadayada) IDE:DVD rom so maybe thats the issue I also tried hazard with no luck aswell I have snow leopard running in VMware I have access to a mac So any help guys pwease Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
