You're posting to the wrong forum, your question should had land to the "Multi-booting and Virtualisation" section.

Nevertheless, the answer to your question is: there are no VirtulaBOX-specific drivers available currently. It had been officially promised by the VBox devs on the forums that the "Guest Additions" for Mac OS X are "being worked on", but there was no exact release date announced. Since that announcement a lot of time had passed and Sun had been acquired by Oracle. Current state of the Mac OS X guest additions development is unknown. We're still hoping that Oracle wouldn't throw the work that had already been done by VBox devs into the can and the Mac OS X guest additions would be finally released.

P.S. As for changing display resolution for Mac OS X running under VirtualBOX - search the google for "VirtualBOX EFI GOP mode changing", or simply follow the advices published in the takwing's guide on installing Mac OS X under VirtualBOX.

P.P.S. With recent version of VirtualBOX you might give VoodooHDA driver a try, as VBox now is capable of emulating Intel HDA audio device inside guest VM.
