10.6 on HP g60-535DX

Hey there! new here. I was trying to install 10.6 (retail) from usb sitck in conjuction with the nawcom boot cd and I kept getting a kernel panic during installation. I'm currently running Ubuntu 10.10 and here is what LSPCI shows me. Is it possible to install with the machine I have?
