endertux
Hello everyone, I am new to the hackintosh scene. Using information I've gathered on various forums i've been able to install and run Snow Leopard. I'm booting a retail os using chameleon 2.0 RC5. There have been a couple of hiccups so far but I've managed to get a lot of the system working as of yet. Also using a modified DSDT I found somewhere in these forums. What has given me a lot of trouble now is the sound. It doesn't detect a sound device. I've tried quite a few things but i've had no luck so far. In my E/E folder right now I have: FakeSMC.kext ApplePS2Controller.kext VoodooBattery.kext AppleACPIPS2Nub.kext S/L/E VoodooHDA.kext VoodooSDHC.kext All else is vanilla Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/240732-trying-for-sound-on-dell-latitude-e6400-osx-sl1065/ Share on other sites
