Bullionman777 Posted December 23, 2010 Share Posted December 23, 2010 Hello. been trying to connect two physical ports on an XServe with each port going to two different switches. I want to enable the file sharing/network traffic to failover so that if one port fails on either the switch or the physical port on the server then the traffic will fail over to the second port on the second seperate switch. btw, the switches are not stacked. I believe this is called NIC teaming within Windows. Any help or suggestions is much appreciated.
