I hear everywhere that you can only install MAC OS X x86 on separate physical hard disk. I really want to install it on my laptop along aside Windows XP. Is this possible? If so, how much recommended space for MAC OS X? 10GB?

Go download the Developer DVD Image and Patch, convert the DVD Image from .dmg to .iso using UltraISO and Patch the DVD Image using the PPF Patcher included with the patch, install Windows XP first and make sure it's working correctly, next boot from the Mac OS X DVD and install that in the free space you left after your Windows Partition during Windows Install (Use Disk Manager to create the partition) and you should have a working Dual Boot System. HTH.

Wow, patch the dvd image using ppf patcher included with the patch? I never read that anywhere on xplodes guides :S Btw, which guide are you referring to? And where is this ppf patcher stuff?

I just successfully installed the developer dvd install kit on pearpc without doing any patching. is this ok?
