inka Posted December 22, 2010 Share Posted December 22, 2010 old system Asus p5n e sli nvidia geforce 8500 gt i used darwin 86 boot cd for install snow leopard and all works fine for me since my video card dead.... new Asus p5n e sli nvidia gts 450 now i cant enter to snow leopard again i am stuck in apple logo loading........................................... blamauciXXX Posted December 23, 2010 Share Posted December 23, 2010 so you have a problem getting in to snow leopard with your new video card your gts450 my guess is that snow leo still looks for your 8600GT which i guess you used NVenabler for so did you try some bootflags or could you post a screenshot of verbose boot i really think you could use -s as a bootflag and boot in single user mode or even with -x for safe mode and reinstall an other kext using kext helper;) hope i helped you a little greetz a leo veteran and a snow leo noob pre-edit i did find a useful link for you from tonymac86 i you could boot in -s or -x you could install the installer for the gts450 which you can find here http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2010/11/upd...ymacx86+Blog%29 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
