Forget it, sounds like it takes an insanely time to boot after cache remove, but it booted, thanks anyway

Hello people,

I don't know if this is a noob question, but I'll try to be clear: I used to use iAtkos 7 (Leopard) and everytime I got a bad kext I use to boot in a Single User mode (or using the dvd) and delete that kext then, to clear the cache I would delete:

* Extensions.mkext

* files inner cache folder

And then I'd boot again and Voilá, problem solved.

But now... I'm using iAtkos S v2 (10.6.3) and there's no Extensions.mkext and when I delete the files on Cache folder my system won't boot anymore.

The kernel panic is gone, but it just can't boot (more than 10 minutes when it's taking just 1 minute to boot without cleaning the cache)...

So my question (after this text wall) is pretty simple: How can I delete the Bootcache?

Really thanks in advance!!!

PS: I'm not using the /Extra folder because I found this being more confusing, I never used this in 10.5.x
