selkie707 Posted December 12, 2010 Share Posted December 12, 2010 I tried installing OSX 86 10.4 JAS patch 4.2b on my compaq presario r3000 but i get a waiting for root device error that never goes away.... is there a way to fix this or a OSX 86 build that will work with this machine? specs: 3-GHz Intel Pentium 4+, 1.2GB DDR SDRAM, 120GB (4,200-rpm hard drive, 15.4-inch (1,280 x 800) display, 802.11b wireless, 7.9-pound system weight (9.5-pound travel weight), ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 IGP graphics, DVD/CD-RW combo drive, three USB 2.0 ports, SD card reader built-in Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
