Hi everyone, I have done a fair bit of research - yet I don't think I could find much relevant info on setting up RAID with Vanilla 10.6.0 then update to 10.6.5 for i7 CPU.

The specs are:

Gigabyte P55A UD3 Rev 2.0 Bios F11

Core i7 870

3 x 4GB Corsair 1333 DDR3

GTS250

2 x OCZ Vertex 30GB SSD

The story is: (in summary form)

I previously had P45 mobo Raid0 with 4x160GB Sata HDD;

64bit OS installation using iatkos 10.6.3 S3;

Upgraded to the above hardware;

Followed tonymacx86's #####+##### method to install, failed to work on a RAID0 set;

It simply cannot find the bootloader for a Raid volume;

Also tried install iatkos 10.6.3 + ##### with DSDT, kernel panic stating AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement not setup correctly, which I have no idea how to fix.

My Question is:

I prefer to use Vanilla method with RAID0, but cannot find much info on how to setup SL on Core i7 P55A mobo with RAID. Would anyone kind enough to shed some light on this issue? Or perhaps how to fix that kernel panic stated above?

Thank you in advance!!
