DiabloPower
the only thing i have found is "ACPI Suspend to RAM". When i enable this option the message at the bootpromt will change from "ACPI: Supported S-states [s0 S4 S5] (S0)" to "ACPI: Supported S-states [s0 S4 S5] (S3)" I dont think that the problem is the ACPI, but what is the next Message? How Darwin works? will it display things to do, or will it display things that was processed befor the message apears? The Next thing i will test is to install the OS in VMWare, that is the only idea i have at this time. (edit) now i have installed the os to a virtual machine whiteout any problems the next message after "ACPI: Supported S-states [s0 S4 S5] (S3)" is "AppleMTRRSupport: Enabled - Write Combining for Memoryrange x - x (x are memory values)" is it possible that the RAM at the Real PC will not be compatible with the OS? Colonel
You really don't want 10.4.1. It's ancient and nothing really runs on it any more. Try getting a newer version like 10.4.4 or above. It might work out better for you. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/23891-installion-not-possible/#findComment-160406 Share on other sites
