Kernel Panic while ScreenSaver start

I installed 10.6.3 with [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url]-lagacy+[url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] to my atom-based PC.

(mach_kernel was patched for atom cpu)

 

Then I got a kernel panic while screensaver start. it occurs every time except 'Flurry'.

but any 'panic.log' can be found.

 

And Sleep won't work. it hang.

I already tried to install Sleepenabler.kext for 10.6.X(10.6.5) but it doesn't effect.

 

Any Suggestion?
