Install Sparkle 9500 GT 1GB

My Zotac 7300 GT video card died earlier this week so I ordered a new Sparkle 9500 GT 1GB (fanless).

 

After swapping the cards out, right way I was getting video output on the DVI port but not the VGA port. However, I could not boot into safe mode (kernel panic). Entering single user mode I was able to remove the old EFI string in the com.apple.Boot.plist and reboot into safe mode.

 

Now that I'm here, how do I install this video card? I've found many guides getting in to work using the new chameleon with GraphicsEnabler in Snow Leopard, but nothing in Leopard.

 

Any suggestions.
