Sharoue Apollo
My notebook installed Snow Leopard 10.6.4, everything is OK. But there is a problem when I use 2M ADSL network. I cannot open any website except Google search. I found that the default mtu value of pppoe connection (1492) was too high for the network here. I used Terminal and command sudo ifconfig ppp0 mtu 1480 and then the network become OK. But it is a tedius work because I need to type the command every time I connect to ADSL network. There should be a config file about the default mtu value of all kinds of connections in the system. Anybody knows where is it? So that I can modify it once for all. Thank you very much Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/238509-how-to-modify-the-default-mtu-value-of-pppoe/ Share on other sites
