I need help trying to run snow leopard on my machine, In the past I've worked with JaS 10.4.8 (successful), Kalaway 10.5.2 (Unsuccessful: Loads files (-x), but Won't boot), ToH (successful: Patches needed for Ethernet), And iDeneb 10.5.6 (Successful/Current: Patches needed)

Retail with Empire EFI 10.6.3 (Unsuccessful: Loads files, but won't boot)

The Patches I used for iDeneb are:

Kernel: Voodoo Kernel

Chipset: JMicron and ICHx

Audio: AD 1981HD

Fixes: Seatbelt fix and, IOUsbFamily Fix (both needed to be re-patched several times)

Video: NVdarwin-512MB

My Specs are:

D530 Sff Small Form-factor

Pentium 4 (Northwood)

1GB of ram

Nvidia GeForce 6200 512MB AGP

Pci Network card (a workaround ethernet patch :))

80GB System Disk (ATA)

40GB Time Machine (ATA)

and Combo Universal DVD drive (SATA)

Is There a Snow Leopard Distro that would work with my specs?

Since then I've gotten Snow leopard to work. I use Hazard 10.6.1 on a USB key, Installed normally from usb, but doesnt boot from any of the bootloaders from the image (Weird) But used Empire EFI with -v -x to boot into Snow leopard!! :D ... BUT Most drivers needed to be ported over from Previous working distros (mostly iDeneb) Graphics work with NVdarwin (but are utter {censored} EXTREMELY choppy, as far as i can tell no Quartz ;))

And Safari freezes whenever the apple startpage is loaded...

I've Switched back to Leopard :/
