Kernel Panic with Parallels

I just finished setting up a new systems. The specs are below.

 

- Gigabyte H55M-UD2H

- Intel Core i5 760

- ASUS Geforece 9500GT

- Raid0 hard drive setup

- Snow Leopard 10.5.6

 

Whenever i try to install windows 7 through either Parallels or VMWare Fusion 3 i get kernel panics in the installation of installing the operating system. I have attached the kernel panic and if anyone can give me any insight to what it might mean that would be great.

 

I have no problems with anything else hardware or software related, only problems when installing os through a virtualization software.

 

The kernel panic attached happened when using Parallels.
