Mac Pro - Booting/BootCamp problems

Unfortunately I did not research BootCamp and found out that the Xeon Mac Pro did not support x64. I was able to get Windows 7 x64 onto the machine and thought everything would be ok. When I rebooted the Mac Pro, all I was able to boot into was Windows 7. I used a boot disc (NawCom Mod CD) to boot into a selection menu, replaced the disc with OSX 10.6.3 Install Disc. I reformatted through there and installed 10.6.3 fine. Now the Mac Pro will not boot directly into OSX. A black screen with a blinking cursor stays on the screen. I've used the NawCom Mod boot disc to access the OSX partition but I can not do this everytime.

If anyone has any ideas how to get the OSX partition to boot directly every time, I would appreciate it.
