kerunt
Hi all, I've got 10.6.5 running with everything working, but I'm getting random kernel panics on and off a couple times per day. I'm not sure what to look for in the logs, so hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. Here are all the logs I've got: error_log: http://pastebin.com/nhaDkww5 fsck_hfs.log: http://pastebin.com/WnV8QbHY install.log: http://pastebin.com/Zp9YDM0f kernel.log: http://pastebin.com/eBJ5KJGB system.log: http://pastebin.com/jNWm7Ps2 windowserver.log: http://pastebin.com/BbQXftvf I've had two of these kernel panicks within the last 30 minutes or so... I'm seeing lots of references to the 'CheckUpp.app' application: http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/syst...es/checkup.html I tried this thing out a while ago and uninstalled it (dragged to trash), but it seems like there are still some references to it somewhere - any idea how I can clean those up? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
kerunt
Update: I pulled out my 2x4GB Patriot Sector 5 RAM and all issues have gone away *knock on wood*. This is the same RAM that was previously causing all kinds of issues and failing memtest and that I had sent back to Patriot. They said they sent me a replacement... something tells me these are the same original sticks. Bastards.
