What version of osx are you using? On the jas install there is an option to install wireless support. According to Google, vendor id 5348 = 0x1434 and device id 17184 = 0x4320 Therefore you should be able to enable your card using the string <string>pci14e4,4320</string> in this guide: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=23684. You may find that the string is already in the file. Do a search in the forum on "845" and read some threads to get some ideas.
