Hi,

I've been using Snow Leopard 10.6.4 in VMWare workstation on my Windows 7 PC for a while, and I decided to go native. With lots of forum reading (thanks guys!) I've got Snow Leopard dual booting on my pc with everything working perfectly and my old Windows install running both natively and as a VM in OS X with parallels.

I have one problem though, I used a Time Machine backup to transfer everything from my virtualised Snow Leopard install to the native hackintosh, and this has installed VMWare tools on the actual Snow Leopard install. It's not listed in the Applications list, so I'm not sure how to remove it.

Does anyone have any ideas how to remove VMWare tools from a native Snow Leopard 10.6.4 install?

If its a no go, I could uninstall it in the SL VM in windows, then make a new time machine backup, then delete my local user and re run the migration assistant, but that's going to take a really long time, and I've got a lot of stuff working since I ran the migration assistant so I would prefer not to. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Thanks!
