Hi ppl!

I have some questions..

My hackintosh running Chameleon RC4 AsereBLN 1.1.9..

Is it possible to change the boot background from the grey to exemple black?? In the theme.plist file in my theme folder i have someting like:

<key>boot_bgcolor</key>

<string>#000000</string> #000 key for black.

But i not work!

I dont want that gray background when it boot, not the main boot when i can choose OS. but when its boot. understand? ;)

Anyone know how i can fix it?

Thanks!

The simplest method of all would be to find a suitable them with a black background. On voodooprojects there is a dedicated section on the subject.Though the above is for disk selection screen. For the boot background, AFAIK you need to change something in a boot loader itself. AFAIK AsereBLN has different versions of boot file - with build-in theme and without a build-in theme. If I remember correctly, the version with a build-in theme has a black background...
