calculator2 Posted November 12, 2010 Share Posted November 12, 2010 Has anyone succedeed installing Snow Leo on Asus P5QL-CM? I tried various distros (iATKOS S3 v2, Hazard Leopard) but with no success. Also, I tried flashing both available modified BIOSes, 0416 by Smith@@ and 0804 by Juzzi, but I get the same results. Installations were clean, with only the default necessary options chosen. Installation goes well, but after it is finished and computer restarts, somewhere at the end of the loading process, on the gray-apple logo screen I get kernel panic... Before, I have successfully installed and used Leopard (iAtkos V7), but just cannot get Snow to work... My configuration is P5QL-CM, PALIT 4850, C2D E7300, 160 GB SATA, GUID, extended journaled.
