I have a DV9500us lappy running Leopard 10.5.8 that never been able to get his webcam working... I wish any of you guys can give me a light. Details I know about it: - Its a Suyin Webcam. - Works just fine on VMWare running WinXP - Works ok on YM - Skype give me a black screen on it - iChat freezes when I try to preview the camera. - CamTwist never opens... it crashes before it gets to open. - iUSBCam didnt make iChat stop crashing on trying to preview. - It looks ok on System Profiler with this info: HP Webcam: Product ID: 0xa101 Vendor ID: 0x064e (Suyin Corporation) Version: 1.00 Serial Number: CN0314-OV02-VH-R03.02.02 Speed: Up to 480 Mb/sec Manufacturer: SuYin Location ID: 0xfd400000 Current Available (mA): 500 Current Required (mA): 500 My wish is specially make Skype run on it. I use YM very often so my main concern is on Skype. I hope that anyone that been able to make HP Webcam works can help me with that. Why CamTwist hangs on me?
