MW297 Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 Hi I just have installed ipc osx and liking it very much, but I have run into a problem. As the title suggests, it occurs when I boot up my pc, I can boot into ipc no problem, it just boots straight up. However when I hit return and select the Windows partition it does not boot up at all. It stalls everytime. I am using the Darwin bootloader. I really don't want to have to start from scratch if I can help it, so I thought I would ask here. Any help would be greatly appreciated I should also tell you that the windows and ipc osc are on the same disk. Giorgio_multi Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 Hackintosh bootloaders (Darwin, Chameleon) are not able to boot XP if XP is in the same HD of Mac OSX. If this is your situation, you must use the chain0 method.
