Hi there,

i've recently bought a new motherboard, gigabyte m68m-s2p with chipset nforce 630 a and integrated graphics nvidia geforce 7025, although i've got a gigabyte nvidia geforce gt220 ddr3 card.

The question is that if u can tell me about a version of 10.6 which can be fully compatible or as much as possible with my computer. The specs are:

 

Motherboard: gigabyte m68m-s2p

Chipset: nforce 630a/geforce 7025

Processor: AMD Athlon 64x2 5600+ brisbane am2

Memory: 2GB 533mhz ddr2 kingston dual-channel memory

Graphics: Nvidia geforce gt220 1gb ddr3 gigabyte

Lan: Realtek 8211CL

Wireless: USB conceptronic c150ru card/ chipset: ralink rt3070

HDD: Segate Barracuda 7200.5 160GB

IDE: DvD writer and reader LG

As you are a complete Mac/Hack/OS X beginner, I recommend that you start by installing Leopard OS X using a AMD compatible distro such as iPC_OSx86 10.5.6 PPF5 FINAL.......then when you have learned more about what you need (e.g. specific kexts etc.) to run OS X on your system then see one of the AMD Snow Leopard Install Guides on IM.......
