I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop with the following hardware:

CPU: Intel Core2Duo 2.0 ghz

RAM: 3gb DDR2

Graphics: Intel 965 graphics chipset

Sound: Sigmatel

Ethernet: Marvel Yukon 88E8040

Wireless: Broadcom

Hard Drive: Western Digital 320gb 7200 rpm

I have been trying to install iATKOS S3 v2 disk, using the following customized options

Chameleon V2 R5 Bootloader,

Default patches (removed RTC patches),

Selected Sleep Enabler,

Drivers:

Sound: Voodoo HDA

PS/2: Voodoo PS2

CPU management: Voodoo P-State

Laptop Hardware: Battery, Card Reader, TSC sync

VGA: Intel - EFI string, Natit, GMA x3100 (inc. Frame buffer)

Network: Wireless Broadcom

It installs successfully, but on next boot up I get "boot0:error" without the quotes and a blinking cursor. How do I solve this, has anyone else installed OSx on the Dell Inspiron 1525 using the iATKOS S3 v2 dvd, please I need some help here. If you could point me to a text guide or a youtube guide of how to configure it on this laptop I would be eternally grateful. Additionally if you have this installed on your own Dell Inspiron 1525 please tell me what I'm doing wrong here.

I already have Windows 7 installed on another partition on this hard drive, do I have to wipe that clean too. I did follow someone's guide to get the above parameters for the install but it doesn't seem to work. Thanks in advance.

Regards,
