Hello,

Sure it will be usefull to everyone here to expose my issue, I'm not the only one experiencing this trouble.

After installing iAtkos on a Thinkpad T60, I get the OSX boot screen, everything is OK at this time but the boot screen frezees and the loading animation stops turning...and then, the welcome song "Stayin Alive" runs in the background.

May be a graphic driver issue. I installed iAtkos with EFI, the GMA loader and the proper 945 kekts (2a). Bootloader is Camaleon RC5.

Have you encountered such trouble ? How may I resolve it ? I'm a bit lost now :)

The configuration tested is a T60 1952-CTO

(CoreDuo T2300, 2,5 Gigs, ATA disk, Intel 945 chipset with GM950 built-in, useless Intel 3945 wireless on OSX).

Thank you for any reply ;)

Cheers,

Nick

Hello NickJrIII,

first of all i need to know witch version of Iatkos you have installed?

I've wrote a Ttuorial for a Thinkpad T60 in another forum in German, but i can translate it in english if you want :P

I've used the Iatkos 10.6.3 v2 Installation and there where no problem in the beginning.

(SORRY SORRY you wrote it in the front you have the same version as i do!)

you need to have mark ALL of the GMA Options in the installation Screen!!!!

not only the one you use!!!!!

Thats the Trick :)

hope i could help ;)

(DONT INSTALL COMPLETE FROM THE BEGINNING!!!!!!!)

all you need is to place the DVD into your Laptop, start it up and only select zhe GMA section, after that Restart and everything will do fine!!!

If there is another problem let me know and i will help you as fast as i can

greetings from Gemany ;)
